It's been three years since Peyton last saw his old roommate from university when he learns that he's just had top surgery, and that he's transgender, just like him. He doesn't know how long it's been since Marcus came out, or what's been going on in his life since then, or even why they haven't spoken in so long, but... it's worth a try, isn't it? To reconnect.

Peyton's Post-Op Visits is a visual novel. Join Peyton as he visits his old roommate Marcus after his top surgery, and learns the ways their lives have converged and diverged in the years since they last met.
One ending, 20-30 minute playtime.
The game is free, but if you pay $3 or more you can support me as a creator and get a digital art collection containing the art from the game, sketches, and author's notes. Author's notes also available separately in a text-only PDF.

I'm blind it took me 2 years to learn how to use my devices independently. I love gaming but often there's not any or many accessible games I can find and play. I found this game underneath the blind accessibility filter on itch.io was just wondering since it doesn't say anywhere if there's accessibility options on the game after you download it? 100% OK if there's not but I just wanted to ask before downloading. Even if it's not accessible I'll look for a let's play of it on YouTube so I can experience it that way as well. The game sounds amazing and I definitely do want to play or experience it in some way. Please reply when you can. Thank You! I'm LGBTQ+ and would love to experience this game in some way.

THIS IS REALLY A WONDERFUL GAME!!!!!!!!! It's always really valuable to explore the struggles and celebrations of transition, I think, and so....... Really, people coming together with each person's individual struggles and finding comfort in each other even when society as a whole is, the way it can be, is truly beautiful.... This is a really excellent story!!!! I frankly don't have much experience with transition myself (only just started a few months ago pff) but....... I dunno........... This is just a story that really kindles a nice, wonderfully assuring flame!!!!!!

Was really intriguing to read about the trans-masc experience – particularly as someones currently in the early stages of going the other way (mtf) physically and working towards having those “lumps of flesh” grow using hormone that at least one of the characters dislikes enough to have them be discarded by means of surgery.
The name and pronoun things are of course still the same regardless of gender. (And plurality makes it 10x more tricky on top of that.)
Can only agree that the conversations really read like what they’re supposed to be: like two old friends hanging out, discussing a difficult subject. 🌟
